We are seeking a mission-driven DevOps Engineer to join our ambitious founding team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure and CI/CD practices from the ground up as we solve real customer pain points.

Key Responsibilities – DevOps Engineering for Cloud-Native SaaS

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing, security, and monitoring at every stage.

• Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to streamline deployment processes and increase system reliability.

• Champion infrastructure observability, including logging, metrics, and alerting to ensure system performance and uptime.

• Act as a subject matter expert on cloud security, identity, and access management within a complex SaaS environment.

Essential Skills and Experience – DevOps, Cloud, Automation

• 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps Engineer or related Cloud Engineering role within B2B SaaS.

• Expert proficiency with Linux system administration, container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, or similar), and scripting (Python, Bash, or Go).

• Solid hands-on experience with continuous integration and delivery (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of networking, load balancing, and cloud-native security best practices.

• Demonstrable experience architecting and operating production-grade cloud infrastructure in a greenfield environment.

• Strong AI-oriented engineering mindset, with hands-on experience using AI tools

Desirable Experience – Startups, Security, Scaling

• Previous experience at an early-stage or hyper-growth startup, building infrastructure from scratch.

• Familiarity with DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) or CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) is a significant advantage.

• Experience managing cost efficiency, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
