Product Manager
About The Company
We're a well-funded, stealth-mode startup on a mission to fix a deep technical challenge with a real customer pain.
Backed by top-tier investors and 3rd time serial founders, we're assembling a team to build with ambition, clarity, and speed.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to join Dreeze and own our core product domain. You'll work daily with engineering, design, and leadership to ship solutions that solve real customer pain and bring real impact, maintaining the scope that keeps us focused.
This is a hands-on, customer-driven role. You'll spend more time in partner conversations and live trade-offs than in PRD drafts.
AI is part of how we move fast. We're building in a domain where customer patterns are still being discovered, and the work is as much about deciding what not to build as it is about shipping the right thing.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for our core product domain
Partner daily with engineering to resolve scope and trade-off calls in days
Talk directly to design partners and customers; translate their pain into product cuts and clarifications
Use AI tools deeply in your daily work - and proactively bring new capabilities to the team
Continuously sharpen what the product is, who it's for, and where we deliberately don't compete
Champion a customer-centric culture — the voice of the user is present at every decision
What We're Looking For
5+ years in product management within B2B SaaS, ideally at early-stage startups or scale-ups
Track record of shipping a product end-to-end in a technical or infrastructure domain, bringing measurable outcomes
Direct experience with infrastructure, DevOps, or security customers - you understand what their day looks like
Strong technical product fluency - you understand technical products and customers deeply, and engage credibly in engineering trade-offs
Strong scope discipline - you've made hard cuts and defended them with clear reasons
Active user of AI tools - proactively discovers new capabilities, shares them with the team, and brings AI thinking into product decisions
Comfortable in ambiguous environments where the customer pattern is still being discovered
Bias toward conversations, decisions, and one-page recommendations over long PRD drafts
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have
Background in cloud infrastructure, data protection, cyber resilience, DSPM/CSPM, cloud security, or enterprise infrastructure software
Experience launching products in highly regulated domains
Exposure to enterprise customer cycles in high-growth startups, specifically 0 to 1 products
What We Offer
Own a core product domain end-to-end and see real customer impact and business outcomes
Direct collaboration with experienced founders, a strong product team, and an opinionated engineering team
Real influence on strategy, scope, go-to-market, and what we build
Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and growth opportunities
