The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join Dreeze’s Application Team, responsible for building and evolving our customer-facing product experiences. You’ll work across frontend and backend, owning features end-to-end, from concept and design to production.

This is a highly product-driven role: you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver intuitive, scalable, and reliable features that customers interact with every day.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing features end-to-end (backend and frontend)

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs that power the application

• Build clean, performant, and user-friendly frontend experiences

• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate user needs into technical solutions

• Take ownership of features throughout their lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring

• Drive engineering excellence with robust testing, disciplined code reviews, and maintainable code.

• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer (or similar role)

• Strong backend experience (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar)

• Solid frontend experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)

• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST / GraphQL)

• Good understanding of system design, data modeling, and scalability

• Experience working on production, customer-facing applications

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• A product mindset - you care about users, not just code

• Experience with CI/CD, observability, and production monitoring

• Interest and experience in genAI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code)

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

• Experience working in fast-growing or early-stage companies
