The Role

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our product team and take a key role in shaping the end to end user experience of Dreeze. You’ll work closely with the product team, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and elegant experiences which will be used by our future customers.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, from early discovery and concept exploration through polished UI and ongoing iteration.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design process for product features, from research and ideation to final UI and handoff

  • Translate complex product requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define and ship high-quality solutions

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights and data

  • Design wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI

  • Contribute to and evolve Dreeze’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability

  • Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX-UI Designer on digital SaaS B2B products

  • Strong product thinking and ability to connect user needs with business objectives

  • A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design work and thoughtful decision-making

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or others)

  • Experience using AI tools for design tasks

  • Familiarity with AI and LLM-driven product experiences

  • Experience working closely with engineers and product managers

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing complex or data-heavy products

  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design

  • Experience working in early-stage or scaling startups
